Another chill week to offset the hot weather here in Israel. $47.5m trickled into five companies this week, so this should be a pretty short read 🙂

Seed Rounds

  • Leaf, the first ever cannabis growing system raised $2m from Advanced Nutrients, Phyto Partners, and CJV Capital.
  • Jeeng, a stealth adtech company, raised $500,000 from Krypton Venture Capital.

 Series A Rounds

  • Happify, a mobile and web platform helping you improve your emotional well-being, raised $5m primarily from existing investors.

Growth/Miscellaneous Rounds

  • Mazor, the pioneer of robot-assisted spinal guidance systems, raised another $20m from Medical Device giant Medtronic.
  • ColorChip, a world leading designer and manufacturer of optical components for telecom and datacom applications, raised $20m from BRM, IGP, Vintage, Plenus, and HGL Capital.
