Refinery29’s original Series Fashionably Bound will take you on an immersive style stalking extravaganza in some of the world’s trendiest cities — all without ever leaving the comfort of your couch.

The fashion mini-series kicks off in global hotspots Berlin and New Orleans, with five episodes shot per city, you can experience the breathtaking street fashion that both cities have to offer.

The series is the first VR content launched on ’s new VR channel, developed in collaboration with immersive content distributor Inception. Viewers won’t have to wait long for new content either. and Inception, who have a combined audience of well over 500 million, are currently collaborating on VR projects, including more Fashionably Bound episodes.

For the Refinery29, a female centric company whose mission is to “be a catalyst for women to feel, see, and claim their power,” branching into VR with the Inception platform was the perfect way to expand their audience and engage with women in new, innovative ways. “VR provides a new avenue for Refinery29 to reach their large vast network base of young women,” said Inception CEO Benny Arbel.
